Mathew Abraham

Mathew Abraham

Mathew is the owner and founder of the company, which has been in operation since 1980. Over the last 25 years, Matthew has brokered hundreds of commercial real estate and business opportunity transactions. His expertise in commercial real estate spans retail, office, industrial and land throughout the Denver metro area including representing the City of Westminster in the acquisition of a large tract of land at 120th and Huron for open space.

His portfolio includes sales of shopping centers, churches, day care centers, office buildings and scores of retail sales and leases. Mathew's business brokerage experience extends from liquor stores to day care centers, including convenience stores, automobile repair and recycling sites, dry cleaners, hotels, motels, existing gas stations and new gas station development, and scores of restaurants as well as franchises such as 7-Eleven and Subway. He is especially adept at the sales and acquisition of liquor stores - both existing and new --and the myriad of challenges they entail such as liquor license applications and transfers, lease assignments, petitioning, zoning issues, etc. Matthew recently negotiated one of the largest liquor store deals in Colorado (20,000 square feet) representing the buyer; and sold the popular Bonnie Brae Liquor store in a transaction where he represented the seller.

Because of his experience as a commercial real estate broker, Mathew can expertly advise his clients about the real estate side of any transaction, whether the business purchase involves buying, leasing, negotiating new terms or lease assignments. Mathew also brings expertise in evaluating businesses to the table, which is a significant asset in advising his clients on pricing when either buying or selling a business, as well as maximizing value on the selling side.

Mathew is known for his integrity, and looking out for the best interests and well-being of his clients. Scott Baird

Scott Baird - Associate Broker - Franchise specialist

Scott brings a vast unique array of experience in the franchise market.
Scott has facilitated and assisted with hundreds of business resales specializing in the retail and service sectors. As a Director of Market Development for a national franchisor, he also brings a vast amount of experience when assisting with a franchised business and their unique requirements and processes.

He has owned several successful businesses as well and brings a unique perspective and experience when working through the questions that arise as a part of any business sale or purchase.

With more than 20 years of experience in dealing with landlords on countless commercial leases and related issues, he is able to assist in the navigation and leverage opportunities as part of many lease transfers, resales or extensions.

With a background in assisting small business owners to maximize their business’s value as well as helping them improve operational effectiveness and profitability, Scott brings a broad base of useful experience to the equation.

Prior to joining Eagle Business Brokers Scott held various market development and operational support positions with Hallmark Cards and Fantastic Sams Hair Salons throughout most of the western US.

Scott graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He has been a resident of Colorado for more than 35 years and he and his family enjoy the many outdoor activities that make Colorado such a great place to live.

Samuel Abraham

Samuel Abraham - Associate Broker

Samuel has been with the firm since 2010 and specializes in both residential and commercial aspects of the business. He currently manages an office in the state of Florida.

Samuel has facilitated transactions in Investment Properties, Business Opportunities, Buyer and Seller Representation, Residential Properties

Reena Thomas

Reena Thomas - Associate Broker

Reena Thomas brings a rare and unique retail experience as the owner and operator of Spices on the green bar and restaurant event center situated in a golf course. Over 15 years being in public relations and the hospitality industry, she uniquely fits the role of an associate broker.

Reena is also well versed in land, agricultural and farm transactions to serve the Kit Carson county.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Loves hunting and family!
